I have been looking for some property for quite some time and came across this piece that Mike was selling. Knowing that land goes pretty fast in our area I called right away and we were able to set up a time to look the following day. Mike answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in all aspects. I wanted to walk the property one more time before I purchased and although Mike was out of town, he had one of his other realtors, Ted, walk it with me. We discussed all the different things you could do with the property as far as laying out different food plots and putting stands in different areas and such. It was nice to have another set of eyes and many years of experience walking through the property with me. Both Mike and Ted were great! I would definitely recommend using Coulee Land Company to either sell your property or purchase a new one.
