Mike Law

My name is Mike Law, I’m the owner and broker of Coulee Land Company. I moved up to Wisconsin in 2001, it’s kind of funny how fast 20 years goes by, but I spent 20 years producing outdoor TV shows. I was on the road 250 plus days a year, running and gunning and seeing the world on literally somebody else’s dime and networking with a lot of people and really getting to understand hunting at a completely different level. Photography and videos is something I’ve always really enjoyed doing.

Transitioning this back into a real estate business, we are a very niche driven business. We sell a lot of hunting and farm land in Buffalo County and Trempealeau County, these are big deer hunting neighborhoods. So for me to be able to walk a farm with a buyer or seller and be able to pass along or relay the information that I’ve learned through all the years has really helped me be able to excel and really be able to deliver the value that a lot of other agents can’t.

We are experts in what we do because we’ve lived this life for the past 20 – 30 years. Hunting and fishing is literally all I’ve ever known since I’ve been a kid, so living in the outdoors for the past 20 plus years has taught me more things about wildlife, about access, about farm development, and property management than I thought I would ever know, or ever be able to pass on. The nice part for me now is to be able to set up some of these farms and pass along some of that knowledge back to my clients.
