My name is Jordan Bauer and I’m an agent with Coulee Land Company. The unique value I feel I bring is the construction industry experience. I’ve seen what it takes going into the building process as well as behind the scenes on the HVAC and plumbing side when doing either pre listing showings or a showing with a potential buyer. There’s different things that I feel like I can pick up on outside of an inspection report. I feel like I can help potential clients before we get to that inspection stage.
My approach to building a relationship with clients starts out with that initial meeting, I feel like it’s important and crucial to meet with them in person to get a feel for what their goals are whether it’s buying or selling so you have an idea and are both on the same page from the start.
My message to a buyer or seller right now when working with me is, I’ll make sure to provide a one on one dedicated service, whether it’s on the buying or selling side.
