The year was 2005 when LeNae and her husband Adam decided to jump headfirst into real estate investing by purchasing their first rehab house, without ever truly knowing what it all entailed. All the while living there and managing a condo rental. Two years later, after a tremendous amount of blood, sweat, and cheers under their belt, Adam and LeNae were FINALLY ready to sell!
That was the beginning of chapter one and a passion for real estate that has continued to grow.
Before joining Coulee Land Company, LeNae grew her extensive background in sales and marketing management within the agriculture industry and involved with real estate investments both land and homes for the past 18 years. Her many accomplishments include being on the Board of Directors for Westover Ridge Management Association, Board President of Trinity Lutheran, along with many community organizations such as NE Iowa food pantry and Partners in Education to name a few.
LeNae has taken her real estate investment experience in vacant land and homes across Iowa and Wisconsin, along with her passion to share her experience and knowledge with others, and joined the Coulee Land Company team. She has brought her sales/marketing background and real estate experience to the table for our clients helping them every step of the way both in the buying and selling process!
If you ask LeNae what is something she is passionate about she will tell you it’s the opportunity to raise her family right here in the Midwest with the beautiful lakes, rivers, and trails to either hike or take that 4-wheeler on.
